ABOUT

let us go then, you and i, when the evening is spread out against the sky like a patient etherized upon a table; let us go, through certain half-deserted streets, the muttering retreats, of restless nights in one-night cheap hotels and sawdust restaurants with oyster-shells: streets that follow like a tedious argument of insidious intent to lead you to an overwhelming question... oh, do not ask, "what is it?" let us go and make our visit. in the room the women come and go talking of michelangelo. DREAMCAULDRON

My name is K. I use they/them pronouns.
I am a queer Korean person who loves creating. My lifelong desire is to change the world in big ways.

Making art is embedded into my soul. I write poetry in English, and rarely in Korean. I like knowing how the world works, both sociologically and scientifically. I am also very interested in gender and how it works. Being queer means a lot to me because I live in a country that culturally and legally doesn't recognize queer people.

remember...

[poem] seoul

masks to ward against micro-dust / street food seasoned with engine exhaust.

motorbikes carve the streets / skyscrapers share a kiss.

anonymous, / homogeneous, / you left it because;

i love it, i love it despite.
